Sailing School

We are glad to be able to arrange an INTERNATIONAL BAREBOAT SKIPPER course in Croatia which will enable you to gain a licence valid for bareboat yacht charters anywhere in the world.

Organised in collaboration with local yacht charter management partners and International Yacht Training Organisation (IYT) and starting by the end of 2015, this recreational sailing course is part of a number of courses which can lead you to this prestigious licence. It is expected that the licence will have similar or greater value than an RYA Day Skipper or International CERTIFICATE of Competence.

The course will last 2-weeks and will be held along the Croatian Adriatic coastline, with the starting point being near the Split International Airport. The yachts used for the course will be modern sailing boats from Jeanneau or Beneteau yards, most likely those in the 43-45’ range.

This opportunity is available to sailors of all nationalities, backgrounds and ages, with the whole experience concentrating on fun, safe, inspiring and affordable sailing!
No previous knowledge of sailing is needed to attend the course.
The course rate is set at 1,400 Eur and it includes a berth on board of a fully paid boat, all mooring fees, bed linen, personal towels, local transit log, boat insurance and deposit, any transfer expenses, food, gas, instructor service and learning materials as well as delivery of a certificate valid for up to 5 years. On top, you can also request VHF certificate (100 Eur), Logbook (50 Eur) and dinner at the end of the course (to be agreed).
