Join the largest sailing competition in the World in Gulf of Trieste, ITALY!
You can now charter bareboat yachts and join with thousands of other sailors racing at BARCOLANA regatta:
With end of summer season getting closer, this is last invitation to consider sailing in the Mediterranean during 2020. You can join hundreds of sailors on a social distancing sailing event in Northern Italy, around the Gulf of Trieste from 9-12th October this year. A historic event taking place every year, Barcolana is an international sailing regatta organized by the Yacht Club Societa Velica di Brcola e Grignano. Guiness World Record holder since 2019, the regatta was named the ‘’GREATEST SAILING RACE’’ as more than 16,000 sailors turned up on the starting line, with more than 2,680 sailboats racing on the day. Regardless if you are an amateur or a racing professional, sailing on a small 30ft-er or a big and luxury 60ft-er you are welcomed and can join in the fun, as this is where you can measure your sailing skills with many others. Given the nature of sailing, social distancing is guaranteed.
Running more than 50 years now, the Barcolana Autumn Cup Regatta will be joined by private and charter yachts from many European countries, in particular those close by ie. Italy, Slovenia and Croatia. As a result, we can offer a number of yachts for charter during this particular week and some of those are listed below.

Parking could be arranged on request and staying on board a couple of days before the actual event and a day or two afterwards is possible too.
