Enjoy skippered sailing holiday on board of a 54ft catamaran in Croatia!
Defined as a champion of living space, the NEW Bali 5.4 sailing catamaran is
the latest addition to charter fleets that will interest all those looking
for a comfortable and relaxing skippered sailing holiday. Most models are
based in Croatia and Greece within the East Mediterranean, yet a few can be
found in the West Med or in particular East Caribbean.
Contributing to the spectacular rise of the new brand by Catana, introduction of BALI 5.4
represents a major step forward to the aforementioned Catana Group shipyard.
Bali 5.4 is both luxurious yet affordable despite providing a groundbreaking
concept of outdoor living at its best in the 40-55ft segment. By
eliminating trampolines and using forward area of the catamaran for the
entertainment and lounging Bali 4.5 has set a precedent a few years ago.
This is where the 16.8m Bali 5.4 picks up and takes the whole feeling of
space to another level. With greater surfaces to work with, Bali 5.4 excels
and yacht charter clients keen on safe and luxurious sailing holidays at an
affordable price will be rewarded. Generous space is also provided on the
flybridge where sun loungers can be found, as well as in the enclosed
cockpit aft. Cabins are providing light and airy interior relaxation area,
with plenty of headroom and storage spaces in the hulls. You can bring up
to 12 guests on board of such yachts in most cases, although final numbers
will have to be confirmed on a boat by boat basis and for each location
separately. To charter BALI 5.4 on a bareboat basis, you would need to be
very lucky though as she is only offered with services of a professional
skipper. However, should you wish to consider buying her or indeed
chartering her on a bareboat basis, please do get in touch and our charter
team will try and work out a deal where that may be possible. For a yacht
charter itinerary, you are most likely going to embark near Split airport
with complimentary airport transfers arranged in advance. Air conditioned
limousine or suitable luxury Van will pick your crew up and bring you to the
embarkation point. After a briefing by the skipper, you are likely to set
sail to neighbouring island of Mali Drvenik and enjoy first swim and
snorkelling experience in a large bay just 1hrs sailing away from Split.
The next morning you are likely to set sail to island of Brac for
windsurfing and swimming on the famous Bol beach. For a permanent berth,
neighbouring Island of Hvar and relatively peaceful town quay of Vrboska may
appeal. The next day you can head to the busy port of Hvar where during the
day you can visit the famous castle on top of the hill and sample some of
the best culinary offerings in many modern restaurants around the port. In
the evening you should seek party lifestyle in one of the many popular disco
clubs, while next day you can explore the Pakleni islands archipelago, where
there are numerous beaches to sample. Mid week, it would be recommendable
to head to Korcula island before hitting parts of the Peljesac peninsula
where you can sample local wine or oysters. On the penultimate day you can
explore major tourist resorts of Makarska, Tucepi or Omis before hitting old
town of Trogir for the last night of your charter. Similar boats may also
be available in Greece and West Mediterranean locations such as Sicily,
Sardinia or on request even Corsica. In case you are interested in long
term yacht charter holidays in the Mediterranean, we can recommend other
sailing catamarans or monohull models too.
