You can charter the latest and most popular model of the Cata Lagoon shipyard, the Lagoon 46.
Unveiled only recently and seen by ourselves at the Duesseldorf Boot, the largest boat show in the world, this is the successor of the most popular Lagoon 450. Designed by the usual VPLP naval architechts and with the prestigious interior of Nauta Design, she provides amazing exterior spaces and much improved areas inside. The cockpit is more comfortable, flybridge redesigned and additions such as hydraulic platform are a touch of luxury not seen at this level before. One of the other best features are sash bow windows in the front which provide excellent connection between front cockpit and saloon without any borders.
Most importantly, she is expected to be easy to sail shorthanded and perform better than her predecessor. A larger sail plan will increase the performance due to increase in sail/displacement ratio and the mast, which is now moved back will provide an enhanced aspect ratio. With a shorter boom and self-tacking jib, she can be managed with electrical Flatwinder. Add to this an optional longer J with which you can get upgraded downwind sails fitted and ownership of Lagoon 46 can finally be seen as worthwhile performance sailing activity and not only an occasional yacht charter getaway.
To be available in charter versions with 4+2 cabins in most popular sailing yachtcharter destinations very soon, you can already now request bookings for some periods.
Sail in the Croatian Adriatic, Spanish Balearics or Greek islands, and enjoy the most spectacular regions of Italy including Amalfi coast, North EAST Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda or the Aeolian islands off Sicily.
The Caribbean season of 2019/20 will also start very soon and you can book your Lagoon 460 there too. Long term charters in the Mediterranean or the Caribbean will not be available on the new Lagoon 46 for now, unless full price is accepted and that means 3 month charter at well over 100,000 Eur most likely. The older Lagoon 450 however can be made available with 6 months prices likely to be below 100,000 Eur most likely.
One way catamaran charters between locations such as Split and Dubrovnik or South and North SARDINIA as well as Venice and Montenegro can be requested. To enjoy the best new sailing catamaran and book your bareboat yacht charter holiday do get in touch.
