About yacht charter in the Balearics:
Island of Mallorca is the most popular sailing destination in the Balearics, as well as in Spain. Thousands of tourists but also sailors and cruising enthusiasts flock to the island due to lovely climate, good sailing conditions, perfect boating facilities and excellent lifestyle opportunities. Palma de Mallorca is the Mecca of sailing and power boating. Numerous racing regattas are held here every year from early in Spring until late in the Autumn. Summer yacht charter season lasts from early June until late September.
Circumnavigation of the island on a sailing boat within a week is a challenging itinerary yet it is easily achievable on a power boat. Stopovers on the Cabrera island, the National Park, Porto Cristo, Alcudia and Port d’Andtrax are the usually the most recommendable locations. Longer term charters will allow you to cross to Ibiza and Formentera or alternatively to Menorca.
Thanks to recent tax changes, more and more super yachts are also registering their business on the island, so that now we can offer a great range of luxury crewed yachts too, which was not always the case in the past.
